Can't wait for games to use MotionPlus. Hopefully some big announcements at E3?
It will apparently be optimised for each console, so claims of superiority on one platform should be put to rest. Each version will take into account the strengths of the respective systems.
I just want an actual game announced for the engine...
I think it will be great for the series. It definitely needed a revamp.
Agree Gwave, LO's story sort of fell away near the end but overall I thought it was in incredible game. I have put 110 hours into it. LO is one of my favourite games this gen.
The dream sequences were incredibly inspiring. As literary pieces they evoked emotions and imagery not conveyed through simple cut scenes. I hope they don't get rid of them because of complaints from the minority.

Don't worry Unicron I own a 360, I don't like every damn game that comes out for it (even though fanboys don't like hearing it). For instance, Gears 2 is a buggy mess, and Fable 2 is too simplistic to even be called an RPG ;)

I think people in general don't like people who show no humility. If Nintendo had come out and said we are demolishing MS and Sony, even if it may be the truth, then I think people would quickly shy away from Nintendo (at least the hardcore crowd would).

No worries mate. I too wish we could all share our opinions on certain gaming 'taboos' as well (for instance, not liking a certain console exclusive), but it seems the horde don't like it.

I don't think that is the point of the article. The validity of Aaron Greenbergs statements may or may not be true, but either way has the man not heard of humility?
That is what people don't like, not just his statement regarding recent NPD's, but on his constant focus on the competitions shortcomings instead of their own success.
As a 360 owner, I think the man is a jerk, whether his recent comments were true or not.
I think you should read the article, it talks about various people within the industry making a d*ck of themselves.
I agree Flair, as much as we trash talk on online services, the petty trash talking displayed by some of these company executives is downright ridiculous.

Actually mate, if that article I posted is correct and Sony is losing money on each PS3 sale, then yes, It costs Sony more to sell 273K units than MS's 391K.
The thing is though, the more units these companies sell the better (even if they cost more to produce/ship than their retail price), they make most if not all their profits in software sales and licensing fees.

I specifically remember 'Get 2 jobs to pay for PS3' comments from a Sony executive, it really left a sour taste in my mouth.
I think Sony have learnt from these types of outburts and subsequently changed their PR approach.
Greenberg doesn't realise he is doing the Xbox brand a disservice with the constant competition bashing... As I 360 owner it actually p*sses me off. Focus on what the 360 is doing well I say :)
Though no one can deny the Xbox 360 is selling well and had another good month in the Feb NPD's, I don't like this guy.
He displays the same arrogant nature that Sony execs were previously, accused of.
Focus on the Xbox's positives, not the competitions negatives and see how much more respect you get from the gaming community.

I agree, it should have been part of the initial system launch. I just hope that it moves beyond a simple 'Wii sports' concept and branches into mature games which utilise the increased functionality in an engaging way.
P.S I want some damn JRPG's for the Wii... ;)
